SUSTAINABILITY  POLICY

At PASHN, we believe that doing the right thing should extend beyond delivering exceptional media campaigns. Environmental responsibility is an important consideration for both our business and many of the clients we work with, and we actively look for ways to minimise our impact.

Responsible Travel

Where possible, we keep meetings remote to reduce unnecessary travel. When in-person meetings or pitches are required, we prioritise travelling by public transport. So far this year alone, this approach has helped us save approximately 240kg of CO₂.

Sustainable Partnerships

We work with suppliers and media partners who share our commitment to sustainability. For example, our Out-of-Home print suppliers use recycled paper stocks, and several of our partners use carbon calculators and offsetting initiatives to help reduce campaign impact.

Paperless Operations

PASHN has operated as a paperless office since our incorporation in 2022, reducing unnecessary printing and material waste across the business.

Flexible Working

Our semi-remote working model helps minimise travel and commuting. Work continues wherever our team are based, and currently 86% of our team live within five miles of our Bath HQ, helping reduce overall travel emissions.

Responsible Use of Technology

As the industry increasingly adopts AI and advanced technology, we are mindful of its environmental impact. We aim to use technology thoughtfully and responsibly, ensuring that innovation does not come at unnecessary environmental cost.

Low-Carbon Media Planning

Digital advertising can carry a significant carbon footprint. For example, a single campaign delivering one million impressions across multiple publishers can generate a similar carbon output to a return flight between Boston and London. At PASHN we work to reduce this impact by carefully selecting partners, streamlining supply chains, and using a focused technology stack that removes unnecessary intermediaries.

 

Continuous Improvement

We recognise that sustainability is an ongoing process. As a business, we regularly review how we operate and look for opportunities to improve our practices, reduce emissions, and support our clients in achieving their own environmental goals.
